Since 1979, Dave Bovard has been active in Denver real estate with the marketing of residential and commercial properties, subdivisions, development, and design building. During the late 1980’s, Bovard was active in Washington, D.C. commercial land brokerage, rezonings, and subdivisions  for The Robert Trent Jones Presidential Cup golf course, and land slated for custom upscale communities, townhomes, and condominiums throughout Fairfax County, Virginia.
